Our demographic rating system integrates both informative and intelligent analysis to produce a final classification of the
area. This is achieved by evaluating census block groups intrinsically, in their proximity to one another and to your center
location. Our determination of the classification is also reliant upon qualification of the various joining boundary types,
their densities, and level of population variance. Data is collated by performing an expanding gradient ring during each
analysis.
