The SSIR gives users fast, powerful knowledge with colorful PDF printouts for building, acquiring, market analysis and advertising of your portfolios. Wireless Applications, Corp has developed an exclusive individual Site Specific Informational Reports system used for determining an assessment of any location in the United States, giving you a scaled rating.

These automated reports use our latest databases for correlating details for existing or potential towers, buildings, businesses or raw land evaluations. Among the data of the SSIR are: business, population and traffic; PCS / Cellular spectrum owners (partitioned or disaggregated); and structure locations. Key reports rate the location according to individual categories, using a ten-point scale, for ease and concise comparison of each location’s viability and worth.

The primary method of delivery of the SSIR system allows users to view or download their SSIR Output Spreadsheet, showing their projects either by entire summary or by detail, and allowing visual review of their locations with full mapping and control. Details on each location are shown, as well as which individual SSIRs are available for review and download as PDFs. Large groups of reports are easily delivered in this way, or as is determined as most viable; individual PDFs can be delivered by email.

Reports are delivered online, in email and/or added into SiteSync user accounts for the full mapping and control as described above. Reports cost less than $100 per location depending on report type with discounts to volume orders. Call to order or for questions at (425) 643-5000.

Competitive Tower & Census Summary

Combining the power of two of our most sought-after research tools, census data and competitive structure analysis has been brought together into a single consolidated format.

Our demographic rating system integrates both informative and intelligent analysis to produce a final classification of the area. This is achieved by evaluating census block groups intrinsically, in their proximity to one another and to your center location. Our determination of the classification is also reliant upon qualification of the various joining boundary types, their densities, and level of population variance. Data is collated by performing an expanding gradient ring during each analysis.

The Competitive Tower / Structure integration into this summary report is accomplished with the same intense research and analysis that has gone into our individual services provided for our clients through the years. With this concise data output, gain the knowledge of your competitors, their proximity to your locations and associated filings. Rings of ½, 1, 3 and 5 miles are shown with a process exclusively created here at WAC we call "Consolidot". This tried-and-tested method groups together records that go through an intense scrutiny of evaluation. Calculations on location proximities, duplications, expirations, dismantlement and other important data factors are tested for each record, from our gathering of over a million data points nationwide!

Competitive Tower Data Sheet

This output sheet accompanies the above Competitive Summary report in that it shows the records used in the evaluation of the "Consolidot" process. Rather than to just give users what we feel is the rolled up structure counts for an area, we show the raw data of the analysis. Data records are sorted and colored via the same ring order of ½, 1, 3 and 5 miles as used in the map output, these are accompanied with the associated grouped data. If we found various data records from multiple or single sources and all appearing to be the same structure in the field, we highlight the data and show the ID as displayed in the map. Distance from your location, owner names, coordinates, heights, FCC ASR and FAA study numbers are all among the important fields we felt necessary for the output. This same data sheet can also be very useful in finding discrepancies in filings and or company records.

FCC Frequency Ownership Information

Is sorting through the FCC somewhat messy and confusing for finding all the ownership data? This visually enticing and informative report analyzes the full spectrum, outputting all the Cellular and PCS market ownership at your location's exact geographic position. Market boundary partitions and spectrum disaggregation are descriptions heard throughout the PCS business, often in confusing manner; we at WAC have painstakingly written algorithms using weekly-refreshed data that breaks down the smallest of these entities into an easily understandable layout of results. By coloring blocks and bandwidth of the ownership within the charts, we highlight the companies, which areas they control and exactly how much spectrum they claim for that given location. Cellular properties are processed as both boundary (CMA) and by the physical contours that claim your location. With the PCS industry, there are multiple methods by which the carriers have purchased, sold or leased the various boundary types. Whether owners have dissected their BTA or MTA market by a Lat and Long coordinate system, a county, or sliced the band from 10 MHz to 2.5MHz, our analysis runs through these records, builds the database and then figures out the final data for outputting the results in the report’s charts. In our future reports we will be automating a wealth of other Radio Service Types, which can be currently researched manually through our SiteSync product.

Business Density Analysis

Complimenting the Census summary, this visually descriptive analysis shows the densities of business location data of a given area, using 4.9 million business records. WAC pulled together approximately 14 million records of business locations throughout the USA and scrubbed the data and removed the bad, duplicate and inconsistent addresses. For this report we compute out to a five-mile radius in intervals of ½, 1, 3 and 5 miles of your site to furnish accurate counts of businesses within these radii. Business density blocks are colored from black (no or few businesses) to bright red (over 1,000 businesses in the block), giving an intuitive feel of the density of the city around you.
