FAA, FCC Complete Services and Tracking

More than just filing, WAC has gone to the extreme to provide a professional system for your FAA and FCC services. Pulling together an online package that contains not only the raw data for the FAA airspace impact on a single page opinion letter, but also all outputs via PDF output into a single link for the entire site details. Depending on the site location, users can expect topography, aerial, aeronautical, IFR, glide slopes and AM station maps. In addition, all documents for FCC registration, NT, changes, etc., are also contained in the electronic document link - even site pictures! Viewing through SiteSync, users can query, zoom and monitor the regulatory timeline.

RF Propagation, Terrain Profile

Need to see Radio Frequency coverage of your site or potential new candidate? WAC incorporated its web-based propagation module from PowerSearch for instance true coverage predictions for Cellular and PCS frequencies. We will be releasing our full version for coverage of 100 MHz to 2.4Ghz, adding over 1000 antenna patterns, link budget and all the other major parameters for outputting up to four levels of signal thresholds. Combine this with the ability to view terrain profiles, elevation points, traffic count data and all the other built-in SiteSync features and the savings of these efficiencies are endless.

Site Abstract Report

Users of the SiteSync platform who have access into our "Current" site manager functions have been gratified with our truly unique Site analysis that is available for every site they have loaded. Clicking the "Site Abstract" link gives users a 1-4 page report in either HTML or PDF format that performs calculations for a Site Summary page with main site info, a demograhics page showing census pop density, Highway Traffic Counts, Aerial / Topo maps, GIS point collected market information, and even pictures of your sites! Page three runs our propagation tool for a real life analysis of RF predicted coverage for both Cellular and PCS systems. Our fourth page runs a Terrain Profile between the Tower Stucture Height to the nearest found City and another plot to the nearest Highway Segment containing Traffic counts.

Competitive Structure Report

One of our most desired outputs of portfolio analysis has been put together in a simple three page summary. Starting with Demographic population data, we shade the census blocks by density, run internal computing proprietary density algorithms as to what classification the area is designated, reset the search ring to 0.5, 1, 3 or 5 mile radius, generate a structure search with approx. 1 million structure records, then run our "consolidot" computation to weed out the "same site, different filing record" issues, date issues and other key data fields, down into an easy to read report. Our analysis includes market ownership data, Cellular and PCS boundaries and much more. Once viewed, making vital decisions as to market value become painless.
